Ingredients
- 1kg fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons cracked black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon white pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- dash paprika
- Brush fish fillets with oil.
- Coat with cajun spice mix (to taste)
- Cook on high heat under preheated grill, skillet or barbercue.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh garden salad , potatoes or your choice of greens.
