Carrot Halwa Recipe

1 cup semolina
2 grated carrots
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup water
some cardamon
some almonds

Warm ghee and add semolina first until a little a yellowish color forms then add carrots. Mix well and a bit of water after every 2 minutes or so. Finally add sugar.

When cooked, serve with almonds as garnish.
