Ingredients:
- 1 pork roast (3-4 pounds)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and brush the marinade evenly over the top and sides of the pork.
- Place the roasting pan in the oven and roast the pork for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the pork roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
